We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated English Teacher for a full-time role at a Secondary School located in Tyesley. This position will require planning and marking of students’ work.

The role is set to start in April 2024 and will continue until July 2024. As an English Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality lessons to students, creating engaging learning materials, and assessing students’ progress.

Key responsibilities:
– Planning and delivering lessons in line with the curriculum
– Assessing students’ work and providing constructive feedback
– Creating and implementing effective teaching strategies
– Monitoring and tracking students’ progress
– Collaborating with colleagues and parents to support students’ learning

Requirements:
– Qualified teacher status (QTS) or equivalent
– Experience teaching English at secondary level
– Strong subject knowledge and understanding of the curriculum
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to inspire and motivate students
– Effective classroom management skills
