Experienced Administrator

If you have prior experience in school administration, including receptionist duties, back-office admin, and possibly finance responsibilities, we want to hear from you.

Requirements:
1. Prior experience in school administration.
2. Familiarity with school systems like SIMS, Arbor, School Comms, etc.

Responsibilities:
1. Manage school office functions including calls, emails, and inquiries.
2. Maintain student records accurately in school systems.
3. Support teachers and staff with administrative tasks.
4. Assist with financial processing and budget management.
5. Coordinate school events and activities.
6. Communicate with parents/guardians on student attendance and welfare.
7. Ensure adherence to school policies and procedures.
