Experienced Teacher – Maternity Cover

Job Description

Zest are looking for an enthusiastic, highly skilled and well-motivated full time Teacher to work at a primary school in Burntwood.

This is a full time role where you will be covering a maternity leave from January 2025.

This Primary Academy has an excellent reputation and provides a lively and creative environment in which to work.  The school is rated ‘Good’ by their most recent Ofsted inspection.

The successful candidate will be:

  • a hardworking, passionate, dedicated individual with excellent communication skills
  • the ability to work in a calm, caring but firm and supportive manner.
  • a good sense of humour
  • an ability to demonstrate good behaviour management skills. someone who works well within a team and can use their initiative to help pupils develop

The successful candidate must have:

  • A valid QTS
  • Recent, proven experience teaching the British Curriculum
