Position: Full-Time Year 4 Teacher
Location: Just Outside Bordesley Green
Start Date: As Soon As Possible

The Role: Zest are seeking an experienced and passionate Year 4 Teacher to join the schools team as soon as possible. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective lessons, tailored to meet the needs of a diverse student body. You will play a crucial role in the development of students, inspiring a love for learning and helping them to achieve their best.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality lessons that cater to the needs of Year 4 students.
  • Assess and monitor student progress, providing regular feedback to students, parents, and senior staff.
  • Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports student well-being and learning.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement innovative teaching strategies.
  • Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development opportunities.
  • Uphold the school’s values and policies, promoting a culture of respect and excellence.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience teaching at primary level.
  • Strong understanding of the Year 4 curriculum and effective teaching practices.
  • Excellent classroom management skills and the ability to engage and motivate students.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and the wider school community.
  • A commitment to continuous professional development and a passion for educational excellence.

Pay will start from £150 per day based on experience and references

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
