Position: Full-Time Year 4 Teacher

Start Date: September 2024

Zest Education are working with a thriving school on the picturesque outskirts of Castle Bromwich who is seeking an experienced Year 4 teacher to join a dynamic team starting in September 2024.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons that cater to the diverse needs of Year 4 students.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment where every child feels valued and motivated to learn.
  • Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to support their academic and personal growth.
  • Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and the wider school community to enhance the educational experience for all students.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of the school’s curriculum and initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant teaching experience, particularly with Year 4 students.
  • A proven track record of delivering high-quality teaching and learning outcomes.
  • Strong classroom management skills and the ability to inspire and engage students.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and a collaborative approach to working with colleagues.
