EYFS Lead

Job Description

We’re on the look out for a new Early Years Lead and be part of a dynamic team dedicated to providing exceptional education! We are recruiting for an enthusiastic, full time, individual who is passionate about EYFS teaching and learning to lead an EYFS unit to drive phonics leadership within this wonderful primary school located in Kings Heath.

As the successful candidate, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on pupil outcomes through your leadership experience and expertise in child development. Your secure knowledge of phonics and strategies for language acquisition will be instrumental in fostering early reading and writing skills among our classes.

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
