EYFS practitioner

Job Description

Zest Education is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced full-time Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) practitioner to join our team at an independent school in Edgbaston. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality care and education to young children aged between 2 to 5 years old.

As an EYFS practitioner, you will play a key role in creating a stimulating and nurturing environment that supports the development and learning of each child. Your responsibilities will include implementing age-appropriate activities, observing and assessing children’s progress, and building strong partnerships with parents and carers.

The ideal candidate for this role will be a proactive and compassionate individual with a genuine passion for working with young children. You should have a solid understanding of the EYFS framework and be able to work effectively as part of a team. Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage and motivate young learners are essential.

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
