Zest Education is excited to announce a rewarding job opportunity for a passionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a full-time Teaching Assistant. We are currently collaborating with a reputable school in Kings Norton that is committed to providing a nurturing learning environment for all children. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, hardworking, and eager to make a positive impact on the lives of young learners.
As a teaching assistant at this bustling 2-form entry school, you will have the opportunity to work closely with the reception class, supporting both the class as a whole and individual pupils on a one-on-one basis. The successful candidate will play a vital role in creating a stimulating and inclusive educational experience for all children, helping them to thrive and reach their full potential.

Please note that only applicants who are NVQ level 3 qualified (or above) in a relevant childcare qualification can be considered for this position.

Zest Education are an REC audited agency and are dedicated to safeguarding children. All candidates must hold an enhanced DBS (or allow us to process one for you) and be registered to the DBS Update Service, be able to provide references to cover the last two years and successfully pass all other necessary safeguarding checks prior to clearance for work.
Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
