Zest Education is working with a wonderful school in Lichfield that is seeking a talented individual to join their team from September 2024 on a ongoing basis working 3 days a week across this period. Position Details:
As an EYFS Teacher, you will be responsible for nurturing and guiding young learners through their early educational journey. This part-time role requires you to work three days a week, starting from January 2024. The opportunity is ongoing, allowing you to establish a long-term connection with the school community and contribute to its growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:
– Create a safe and stimulating learning environment for EYFS students.
– Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with the school’s curriculum.
– Monitor and assess each child’s progress, providing constructive feedback and support.
– Collaborate with colleagues to plan and deliver a broad and balanced curriculum.
– Foster positive relationships with parents and guardians, ensuring effective communication.

Requirements:
– Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent certification.
– Experience working within an EYFS setting, understanding the early years framework.
– Strong commitment to providing high-quality education and supporting children’s holistic development.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students, parents, and colleagues.
– Ability to create a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment.

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
