EYFS Teacher, Birmingham.

Zest Education is exclusively working with a two-form entry school in Perry Barr. This role is full time and is to start from September 2022. The role will be for the full academic year and possibly be made permanent if the right candidate is found.

The school in question has a great reputation, especially in its EYFS department. It is strongly aligned with the close-knit local community and the school works hard to maintain this relationship with regular fund raisers for the community and various fayres to bring the community closer. It has recently spent some money on its EYFS department and is looking to increase its intake numbers year on year. For that to be a success, the school needs a suitable EYFS Teaching assistant.

The successful candidate must be able to form an effective working relationship with the EYFS department. It is important that the successful candidate can demonstrate a good work ethic and passion for the EYFS curriculum and development of EYFS pupils.

Both newly qualified and experienced Teaching assistants will be considered for this role. If you have experience in the EYFS area, then this would be an advantage. The successful candidate will be given full support on their transition into their new role.
