EYFS teacher, Birmingham.

Zest Education is exclusively working with a two-form entry school in the Newtown region of Birmingham that requires an EYFS Teacher to start from September 2022 on an ongoing basis. The role is likely to last for 9 months with an extension possible if the right candidate is found.

The school is at the heart of the local community and caters for a wide range of academic abilities with children from multi-cultural backgrounds. The school is focused on being inclusive for all its pupils and has a particularly good relationship with the community which the headteacher believes is a solid way to ensure improved behaviour and good foundation blocks for learning

The successful candidate must be hard working, dedicated and creative whilst developing and maintaining professional relationships with pupils and staff. Due to the EYFS nature of this role, it is also essential that the candidate has a hands on approach to learning and is fun and enthusiastic.

Both NQT’s and experienced teachers will be considered for this position. If you have previous experience within the EYFS setting then this would be advantageous. The successful candidate will be given full support in their job transition.

Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and recent school-based experience (teaching within a school teaching the British Curriculum).
