Wanting a teaching position that allows you to have a better work/life balance? This long-term role will help with just that. Zest is recruiting for an innovative Teacher to join a school in the Bromsgrove area for a full-time position in an EYFS class starting after the Christmas holidays for at least a term.

The staff in the school have been working hard to make improvements to raise attainment, undergoing significant changes to the teaching of Reading and Phonics in particular. Due to these changes, support and guidance will be given to ensure the successful candidate is up-to-date and fully informed. Continual professional development is a focus this year for the staff to further improve the learning experience for their pupils, therefore, this is a great role for anyone wanting to further improve their skills and practice, particularly within the areas stated above.

You will be working in a reception class so experience teaching to the EYFS framework with continuous provision is essential. The children would like someone who makes their learning fun and is kind and caring. If you are approachable, pro-active and engaging with strong behaviour and classroom management, we would love to hear from you.

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
