Zest Education, in partnership with a wonderful school in Tamworth, is currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Teacher to join their team on a full-time basis from March 2024 until at least the end of the academic year.

To be considered for this role, it is essential that you hold a valid Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and have previous experience teaching within a primary school setting. As an EYFS Teacher, you should possess a nurturing attitude towards education and a genuine passion for helping young learners thrive. Familiarity with the Early Years Foundation Stage framework is also highly desirable.

As an effective EYFS Teacher, you will play a vital role in shaping the educational journey of our students during their crucial early years. You will be responsible for creating a supportive and stimulating classroom environment that fosters curiosity, creativity, and a love for learning. Your ability to develop age-appropriate lesson plans, monitor individual progress, and provide constructive feedback will be integral to ensuring the academic and personal growth of each child.

In addition, strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with both students and parents are crucial for this role. You will collaborate with colleagues and parents to create a holistic approach to education, ensuring that each child receives the necessary support and guidance to reach their full potential.

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
