Zest Education is currently seeking a passionate and dedicated EYFS Teacher to join a wonderful school in Halesowen on a part-time basis. This job share position requires the successful candidate to work 2.5 days a week, contributing to the school’s nurturing and innovative learning environment whilst achieving a desirable work life balance.
With a commitment to providing a supportive and enriching learning environment, the school has garnered a reputation for academic success. The wonderful primary school located in the heart of Halesowen has a dedicated team of staff who have worked hard to create a curriculum and school environment where each child can thrive and succeed to their full potential.
The successful candidate within this position should have :
– Qualified teacher status (QTS)
– Experience or knowledge of the EFYS Framework
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to create engaging lesson plans tailored to individual student needs, whilst working alongside Job share
– Commitment to ongoing professional development
– Creativity and enthusiasm for teaching young children
Responsibilities of the EYFS Teacher include:
– Plan and deliver lessons that align with the national curriculum
– Assess student progress and provide feedback to both students and parents
– Create a safe and inclusive learning environment
– Collaborate with colleagues and parents to support student learning and well-being
– Participate in school events and professional development opportunities

Zest Education are an REC audited agency and are dedicated to safeguarding children. All candidates must hold an enhanced DBS (or allow us to process one for you) and be registered to the DBS Update Service, be able to provide references to cover the last two years and successfully pass all other necessary safeguarding checks prior to clearance for work.
Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
