EYFS Teacher, Solihull.

Zest Education is closely working with a rapidly improving school within the Solihull area. An EYFS teaching role is available and is due to start in September 2020. This is a 3 day part-time role initially for one term but this could be extended in the candidate and school feel that progress has been made.

The school itself is close to the centre of Solihull and has had its challenges through the years. The school grounds were not in great shape and the funding has always been low. However, over recent years this has all changes. Funding has been increased and the school is finally on the rise again, back to the top where it belongs. The school has a new look senior leadership team with a variety of experience through a variety of backgrounds. In the short time they have been leading the school, they have caught the attention of many parents who finally feel they have somewhere local they can be proud to send their children. With the increase in numbers, the school is looking to come into their EYFS department and continue the good groundwork that has been set.

The successful candidate must be dedicated to continuing and adding to the work that has been put in by the senior leadership team. This is a huge project but a project that you can really make a difference at. The candidate must be hands on both with the pupils and the staff, they must be able to convey themselves clearly and bring fresh ideas to the table. Although this role is part time, the school are very much looking for somebody who can lead from the front and take their EYFS department to the next level. There will be Teaching assistants who will help and guide through this process with their already existing knowledge of the school, demographic and varying academic abilities.

Both newly qualified and experienced teachers will be considered for this job. Applicants with EYFS experience will have an advantageous position. The successful candidate will receive full support from Zest and the school to ensure a smooth and seamless transition.
