As an Early Years Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with the class teacher to support the delivery of high-quality education in the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS). The successful candidate will have a genuine enthusiasm for working with young children, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues. Previous experience in a similar role or a relevant qualification in Early Childhood Education is desirable.
