Zest Education is looking for a dedicated EYFS Teaching Assistant to join a wonderful school in Kingswinford. The school are looking for a candidate who is willing to work from Monday to Wednesday from September 2024 on a ongoing basis until the end of the academic year.

As an Early Years Teaching Assistant, your role will involve:
– Supporting the class teacher in implementing educational programs
– Assisting with the planning and preparation of activities and resources
– Providing a nurturing and safe learning environment for children
– Monitoring and recording children’s progress and behaviour
– Collaborating with parents and other staff members to ensure holistic development of students
Requirements for this role include:
– Relevant qualifications in early childhood education or related field
– Experience working with young children in a school setting
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– A compassionate and patient attitude towards children
Pay will begin from £77.00 and will depend on references and experience.
