Zest Education, an award-winning education agency, is currently working closely with a delightful school in Marston Green to find a dedicated Early Years Teaching Assistant. Roles and Responsibilities:
– Supporting the Early Years teacher in implementing lesson plans and activities
– Assisting with the general supervision and welfare of the children
– Planning and leading small group activities to support learning and development
– Maintaining a safe and engaging learning environment
– Building positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues
Requirements:
– Relevant qualification in Early Years Education or Childcare
– Experience working with young children in an educational setting
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work effectively as part of a team
– A genuine passion for supporting the growth and development of young learners

Zest Education are an REC audited agency and are dedicated to safeguarding children. All candidates must hold an enhanced DBS (or allow us to process one for you) and be registered to the DBS Update Service, be able to provide references to cover the last two years and successfully pass all other necessary safeguarding checks prior to clearance for work.
Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
