Roles and Responsibilities:
As an Early Years Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with the class teacher to support the educational and social development of children in the Early Years setting. Your responsibilities will include assisting with planning and delivering engaging learning activities, supporting children with their academic progress, monitoring and assessing student performance, and creating a safe and stimulating learning environment. The successful candidate will have a genuine passion for working with children, excellent communication skills, the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, and a proactive attitude towards supporting the overall well-being of students.

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
