As an EYFS Teaching Assistant, you will play a key role in shaping children’s early learning experiences, working closely with teachers to ensure every child reaches their potential.
Support the classroom teacher in delivering high-quality learning experiences in EYFS
Assist in planning and preparing activities that meet the developmental needs of young children
Provide individual or small group support to help children succeed
Promote positive behaviour and support children’s social and emotional development
Help maintain a safe, welcoming, and stimulating classroom environment
Passion for working with young children in their early stages of learning
EYFS qualification (Level 2 or above) highly desirable, but not essential
A valid DBS check preferred (can be processed for the right candidate)
At least two professional references from education or child-focused roles
Proactive, adaptable, and enthusiastic, with the ability to motivate children through a range of activities
Experience in an early years setting is beneficial but not required
Work in a supportive, inclusive, and high-performing school community
Be part of a dynamic and friendly team
Opportunities to contribute to creative and engaging learning experiences
Help shape the early educational development of children in a nurturing environment
