Zest Education is collaborating with a charming school in Rowley Regis to find a dedicated Early Years Teaching Assistant to become part of their team. This full-time position, from Monday to Friday starting in January 2025, offers a fantastic chance to support young learners in their formative years.
The school’s dedicated teachers go above and beyond to ensure that each student receives personalized attention and support to reach their full potential. The school’s modern facilities and well-equipped classrooms provide a conducive learning environment for students to thrive. The role responsibilities will include:
– Assist the lead teacher in implementing engaging and educational activities for the children.
– Support the children’s social, emotional, and academic development.
– Help create a safe and nurturing learning environment.
– Establish positive relationships with both students and parents.
– Contribute to the overall well-being and growth of the children.
To be successful within this position you must:
– Relevant experience working with early years or children.
– A passion for working with young learners.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
– A positive and enthusiastic attitude towards education.
Pay will begin from £80.00 per day and will depend on experience and references.

Zest Education are an REC audited agency and are dedicated to safeguarding children. All candidates must hold an enhanced DBS (or allow us to process one for you) and be registered to the DBS Update Service, be able to provide references to cover the last two years and successfully pass all other necessary safeguarding checks prior to clearance for work.
Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
