EYFS Teaching assistant, Yardley.

Zest Education is exclusively working with a two-form entry school in Yardley. The school is a ‘good’ Ofsted rated school that have a part-time EYFS Teaching assistant position available.  This position is to start in September 2022 and is to run until Christmas. If the candidate is suitable then the position will be extended and possibly even made permanent.

The school itself is situated just outside of the centre of Yardley and has varying academic abilities within the school. It has a good relationship with the local community and the two parties work closely together to ensure positive engagements. The EYFS department has recently had some renovations which has attracted interest for September 2022 in-take. In preparation for this, this school are looking to take on a new and enthusiastic teaching assistant.

The successful candidate must be able to show dedication and enthusiasm for the development of the EYFS pupils. The ability to build professional working relationships with the rest of the EYFS teaching team is very crucial to be successful in this position. Somebody who works well in a team and can take on other ideas and develop them will get on perfectly. The school also requests that the successful person may be asked to help with extra-curricular activities if they have any personal interests in aligned subjects.

Both newly qualified & experienced will be considered for this role. Applicants who have EYFS experience will have an advantage, but the school are looking to find the right person for the job. The successful candidate will be given support to help with their new role.
