Female PE Teacher – Redditch

Job Description

We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced female Physical Education (P.E.) teacher to join a school on a part-time basis in the Redditch area. As a P.E. teacher, you will play a crucial role in inspiring and motivating students to develop their physical abilities and foster their teamwork skills.

Responsibilities:
– Create a safe and inclusive learning environment where students feel comfortable and motivated to participate in sports and physical activities.
– Adapt teaching methods and activities to cater to the individual needs and abilities of students.
– Assess and evaluate students’ progress, provide constructive feedback, and encourage continuous improvement.
– Establish positive and effective communication with students, parents, and colleagues to ensure a supportive educational environment.

Requirements:
– Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
– Proven experience as a P.E. teacher, in a secondary school setting.
– Strong knowledge of various sports, fitness activities, and health-related topics.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students and staff members.
– Passionate about promoting physical fitness, well-being, and healthy lifestyles among students.
