Finance Administrator

Job Description

Zest Education is seeking a dynamic and dedicated Finance Administrator to join a fantastic school in Edgbaston. This full-time permanent position is set to commence in January 2025, offering the opportunity to work in a small and supportive team environment.

Responsibilities:

– Handling all financial administrative duties on a daily basis

– Processing invoices and preparing receipts

–  Managing petty cash and other financial transactions

–  Prepare and manage general ledger entries

–  Reconcile accounts payable and receivable to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies

–  Process payroll, ensuring all employee salaries, bonuses, and deductions are calculated accurately

–  Monitor cash flow and ensure that there is adequate cash for daily operations
