Zest Education is currently recruiting for a School Finance Assistant to join our team of 2 in a fast-paced and busy environment. We are seeking a highly organised individual with previous finance assistant experience to support the financial operations of the school.
Duties of a School Finance Assistant:
– Assisting in the preparation of financial statements and reports
– Processing invoices and payments accurately and in a timely manner
– Monitoring and reconciling accounts, resolving discrepancies as needed
– Maintaining accurate financial records and documentation
– Assisting with budgeting and forecasting activities
– Providing support for audits and financial inspections
– Collaborating with the finance team to ensure smooth operation of financial processes
Requirements:
– Previous experience in a Finance Assistant role is essential
– Excellent organisational and time management skills
– Ability to work effectively in a team environment
– Knowledge of school finance procedures and regulations is a plus

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position is recent and relevant experience, ideally school-based within the last 5 years.
