Zest Education is working in partnership with a highly-regarded school in Burntwood that is seeking an enthusiastic EYFS Teacher to join their team for the summer term on a full-time basis.

As an EYFS Teacher, your role will involve working Monday to Friday throughout the entire summer term. The school, which boasts a two-form entry system, is committed to creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment for both staff and pupils. They prioritize providing an engaging and inclusive curriculum to ensure that all children, regardless of their needs and abilities, can thrive and succeed.

The position is open to both Early Career Teachers (ECTs) and more experienced professionals, making it an ideal opportunity for both newly qualified and experienced EYFS Teachers to further their careers.

Key Responsibilities:
– Design and implement engaging lesson plans that align with the school’s curriculum
– Create a nurturing and inclusive learning environment for young learners
– Assess student progress and provide timely feedback to parents and guardians
– Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement strategies for student development and welfare
– Maintain accurate records of student performance and growth
– Participate in professional development activities to enhance teaching skills and knowledge

Requirements:
– Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent qualification
– Experience working with early years children (EYFS)
– Strong knowledge of the EYFS curriculum
– A positive and proactive approach to teaching and learning
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work effectively as part of a team

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
