Zest are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Key Stage 1 (KS1) ECT (Early Career Teacher) to join the team at a vibrant primary school in Chelmsley Wood starting in January 2025.
As a KS1 ECT, you will play a vital role in fostering a nurturing and engaging learning environment for our young students. Your responsibilities will include planning and delivering creative lessons, assessing student progress, and collaborating with colleagues to ensure the best educational experience for our pupils.
The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of the KS1 curriculum, excellent communication skills, and a genuine passion for teaching young children. You should be committed to professional development and continuous improvement to deliver high-quality education.

Zest Education are an REC audited agency and are dedicated to safeguarding children. All candidates must hold an enhanced DBS (or allow us to process one for you) and be registered to the DBS Update Service, be able to provide references to cover the last two years and successfully pass all other necessary safeguarding checks prior to clearance for work.
Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
