Responsibilities:
– Deliver engaging and interactive lessons to KS2 students, following the national curriculum guidelines.
– Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that caters to the diverse needs of the students.
– Plan and prepare well-structured lessons, providing appropriate challenges and support to ensure academic progress.
– Assess and evaluate student performance, providing constructive feedback and identifying areas for improvement.
– Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching strategies and share best practices.
– Maintain regular communication with parents and caregivers, updating them on student progress and addressing any concerns.

Requirements:
– Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and experience teaching in a primary school setting.
– Strong knowledge of the KS2 curriculum and ability to plan and deliver engaging lessons.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students, parents, and colleagues.
– A passion for education and a commitment to creating a positive learning environment.
– Ability to adapt and differentiate instruction to cater to the individual needs of students.

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
