Here at zest, we are working with a brilliant primary in Handsworth who are looking for a full-time learning support assistant. The role is to start in January 2024 and will continue until the end of the academic year in KS1.

To be considered for this role you must:
- Be engaging, reliable and able to quickly build professional relationships.
- Be proficient in literacy and numeracy.
- Work collaboratively with other members of staff as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
- Maintain the positive ethos of the school both inside and outside of the classroom in support of the school’s policies.
- Have a caring and patient nature.
- Be eager to learn and have a positive attitude.
- Monitor and be responsive to pupils’ personal needs and communication.
The pay for this role will range from £75 to £85 a day dependent on references.
All applicants must be NVQ level 2 qualified (or above) in a relevant subject or have a minimum of 3 months experience within the last 5 years.
