As a full-time Learning Support Assistant, you will play a crucial role in helping students thrive academically and emotionally. Your main responsibilities will revolve around providing targeted support to students in a class where behaviour can be varied. This includes assisting with classroom management, implementing individualized learning plans, and facilitating inclusive learning experiences.
In this rewarding position, you will have the opportunity to work closely with the teaching staff and SENCO to develop and deliver tailored interventions for students with additional needs. You will support the social and emotional development of students, ensuring a nurturing and inclusive environment for all.
The ideal candidate for this role will have a genuine passion for education and a strong desire to make a difference. Previous experience working as a Learning Support Assistant or in a similar role would be advantageous. Excellent communication skills, empathy, and a patient nature are essential qualities for success in this position.
