Full Time Classroom Support Assistant

Job Description

Are you passionate about supporting students in their educational journey? Zest Education is currently seeking a full-time Classroom Support Assistant to join a sought-after school in Chelmsley Wood. The role is to start as soon as possible and will continue on a long-term, full-time basis.

As a teaching assistant, you will work closely with students to provide tailored assistance, ensuring their individual needs are met. You will collaborate with teachers and other professionals to implement effective strategies that promote inclusive learning environments. Your role will involve supporting students in various subjects, offering guidance, and reinforcing lesson concepts. You will be require to work across KS1 and lower KS2.

To be considered for this role, you should have relevant experience working with children, particularly those who require additional support. A patient and empathetic approach is essential, as well as the ability to adapt to different learning styles and individual needs.

The pay for this role will start from £80 a day dependent on the experience and references for potential candidate.

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
