Full-Time Nursery Practitioner

Zest Education is recruiting for a full-time Nursery Practitioner to join a warm, supportive and well‑established nursery based in Tamworth. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate childcare professional looking for a long‑term role where they can make a real impact.

About the Role

• Full-time position
• Approx. 8–8.5 hour shifts between 08:00 – 17:30
• Nursery opening hours: 07:30 – 18:00
• Start date: ASAP
• Working across age groups depending on experience
• Supporting children’s development through play, routines and planned activities
• Ensuring a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment

Requirements

• Level 3 Childcare qualification preferred
• Level 2 considered
• No unqualified applicants
• Strong understanding of the EYFS
• Ability to work well as part of a team
• A caring, positive and proactive attitude
• Paediatric First Aid (PFA) is desirable but not essential
