Are you passionate about supporting children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND)?
Zest are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic SEND Teaching Assistant to join our team at a vibrant primary school in Erdington. This full-time position is set to commence in September 2025 and will run for the duration of the academic year.
As a SEND Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing tailored support to students with diverse learning needs, helping them to reach their full potential. You will work closely with teachers, parents, and other professionals to create a nurturing and inclusive learning environment.
Requirements:
– Experience working with children with SEND
– Knowledge of various SEND strategies and interventions
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
– Relevant qualifications in education or SEND (desired)

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
