Full time TA

Job Description

As a full-time TA, you will play a crucial role in supporting children with diverse learning needs. You will need to be experienced in working with children with conditions such as autism, ADHD, dyslexia, dyspraxia, and Down Syndrome as a good understanding of these needs is invaluable in creating an inclusive educational environment. You will engage with children across different age groups, providing both small group and one-on-one support as needed. You will be helping pupils develop essential life skills and navigate the challenges of daily school life.

This role is a ‘temp to perm’ contract and offers an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to make a lasting difference in the lives of these pupils. Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
