Are you considering a career as a full time TA? Being a TA is a rewarding role that allows you to make a real difference in the lives of students. As a TA, you will have the opportunity to work closely with teachers, support pupils in their learning, and contribute to creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.
In this role, you will assist teachers in preparing for and delivering lessons, providing one-on-one support to pupils who may need extra support, and helping to manage classroom activities. Your role as a TA is crucial in helping all children to reach their full potential and supporting the overall progress of the class.
To succeed as a full time TA, you will need to be patient, compassionate, and have a genuine interest in helping children succeed. Strong communication skills, the ability to work well in a team, and a willingness to learn and adapt are also important qualities for this position.
If you are passionate about education and making a positive impact on the lives of all children, a career as a full-time Teaching Assistant could be the perfect fit for you. This position is full time starting asap in the Harborne area and continuing for the entirety of the academic year.
Please note that only candidates who are available full time (8.15am – 3.35pm Monday – Friday) will be considered. You must also hold an NVQ Level 3 qualification (or above) in a relevant childcare qualification.

All candidates must hold an enhanced DBS (or allow us to process one for you) and be registered to the DBS Update Service, be able to provide references to cover the last two years and successfully pass all other necessary safeguarding checks prior to clearance for work.
Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
