Zest Education is currently seeking a dedicated full time Teaching Assistant to join a vibrant primary school in the heart of Kings Norton. As a Teaching Assistant, you will support a team of experienced teaching staff in delivering engaging lessons and providing targeted intervention sessions to pupils. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, reliable, and able to establish positive relationships with both pupils and colleagues.
This role involves working closely with children across various age groups, so a good understanding of the primary school curriculum is essential. The successful candidate will play a key role in creating a nurturing and inclusive learning environment that supports the academic and social development of all children.
If you are passionate about education, have a strong work ethic, and enjoy working in a collaborative team environment, we would love to hear from you. Please note that only staff who are NVQ Level 3 qualified in childcare will be considered for this position.
The hours for this role will be 8.30am – 3.35pm every Monday – Friday.

Zest Education are an REC audited agency and are dedicated to safeguarding children. All candidates must hold an enhanced DBS (or allow us to process one for you) and be registered to the DBS Update Service, be able to provide references to cover the last two years and successfully pass all other necessary safeguarding checks prior to clearance for work.
Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
The role advertised is for temporary supply work.
