Full time TA

Job Description

As a full-time teaching assistant in Balsall Heath, you will play a crucial role in the Year 2 class, supporting the teacher and children in their educational journey. Your commitment to the job will be key in ensuring a positive and enriching learning environment for all.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with small groups of children, assisting with core subjects and ensuring that the classroom is well-organised and equipped for effective learning. You will be required to work well as part of the wider team, be confident in conversing with parents/carers and the wider school teams and demonstrate a genuine passion for education.
