We have a fantastic opportunity for a full-time Teaching Assistant to work in a special educational needs school located in Shenstone. Hours of work are from Monday to Friday, 8:30-15:30.
As a Teaching Assistant at this school, you will play a crucial role in supporting both primary and secondary aged students with SEMH needs. Your primary responsibility will be to assist students with their learning and general wellbeing, fostering an environment where every child can thrive and reach their full potential.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with individuals with special educational needs, either in a classroom, support work, or care setting. Candidates with relevant qualifications in education or child development are also encouraged to apply.
This rewarding role will require you to establish warm and supportive relationships with students to create a safe and nurturing learning environment. Your duties may vary, so flexibility and a willingness to lend a hand whenever needed are essential qualities for this position.

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
