We are currently closely working with a lovely school in Stafford who are in need of a full-time Teaching Assistant to start as soon as possible to cover a maternity leave position.

Roles and Responsibilities:
As a full-time Teaching Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the classroom teacher in delivering engaging lessons, assisting with individual and group activities, and supporting students with their learning and development. You will also have the opportunity to work closely with students who may require additional support, helping them to achieve their full potential. The successful candidate will be expected to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues, as well as demonstrate excellent communication and organizational skills.

Requirements:
– Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar role
– Relevant qualifications in education or childcare
– Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team
– A genuine passion for supporting and inspiring young learners
– Ability to adapt to different learning styles and needs
– DBS clearance and eligibility to work in the UK
