Zest are working with a primary school in Erdington who is currently looking for a dedicated full-time Teaching Assistant to join their team as soon as possible.
As a Teaching Assistant at our school, you will have the opportunity to work closely with experienced teachers in supporting students’ learning and development. Your role will involve assisting with classroom activities, helping to prepare learning materials, and providing one-on-one support to students who may need additional help.
The ideal candidate should have a nurturing and patient attitude, excellent communication skills, and a genuine interest in education. Previous experience working with children is preferred but not required. If you are enthusiastic, reliable, and eager to contribute to a positive learning environment, we would love to hear from you.

Zest Education are an REC audited agency and are dedicated to safeguarding children. All candidates must hold an enhanced DBS (or allow us to process one for you) and be registered to the DBS Update Service, be able to provide references to cover the last two years and successfully pass all other necessary safeguarding checks prior to clearance for work.
Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
