Zest education are working with a primary school on the outskirts of Stockland Green who is seeking a full-time Year 3 class teacher to start in September 2025. Zest have an exclusive relationship with this primary school and you will only be able to apply for this specific role through this job advert.
As a Year 3 class teacher, you will play a vital role in shaping the educational journey of our students, fostering their love for learning and supporting their overall development. We are looking for a dynamic and experienced individual who is committed to creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
– Plan and deliver engaging lessons that cater to the diverse needs of students
– Implement effective classroom management strategies
– Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
– Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and external stakeholders to support student growth
– Participate in school events and extracurricular activities
Qualifications and Skills:
– Bachelor’s degree in Education or relevant field
– Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
– Experience teaching in a primary school setting, preferably in Year 3 or KS1
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of all learners

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
