As a Year 4 Teacher, you will play a pivotal role in nurturing and shaping the minds of young learners. This position is due to commence in March 2024 and will extend until the end of the academic year, offering stability and the chance to make a lasting impact on the students’ education.

– Deliver engaging and inspiring lessons that cater to the diverse needs of Year 4 students.
– Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes active learning and growth.
– Develop and implement effective teaching strategies and resources to enhance students’ academic progress.
– Monitor and assess students’ performance, providing timely feedback and guidance to support their development.
– Collaborate with colleagues to plan and coordinate curriculum activities, ensuring a well-rounded educational experience.
– Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and the wider community to encourage parental involvement and student success.
– Uphold the school’s values and ethos, promoting a culture of respect, inclusivity, and personal growth.

– Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent certification.
– Experience teaching Year 4 students or similar age group.
– A passion for education and a commitment to delivering high-quality teaching and learning experiences.
– Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with students, colleagues, and parents/carers.
– Excellent organizational and time management abilities to meet deadlines and effectively plan lessons.
