Are you passionate about educating young minds and making a positive impact on students lives? Zest Education is currently seeking a dedicated Year 6 Teacher to join a school in Moor Green. This will be starting in September 2024!
As a Year 6 Teacher, you will play a crucial role in preparing students for their transition to secondary school and ensuring they have the necessary skills to succeed in their academic journey.
Responsibilities:
– Plan and deliver engaging lessons that cater to the diverse learning needs of students
– Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters learning and personal growth
– Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their development
– Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and external stakeholders to ensure the holistic development of students
– Participate in school events and extracurricular activities to enrich the learning experience for students
Requirements:
– Qualified teacher status (QTS) or equivalent
– Experience teaching in Key Stage 2, particularly Year 6, is preferred
– Strong knowledge of the national curriculum and assessment frameworks
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to inspire and motivate students to achieve their full potential
Pay will be starting from £130 onwards depending on experience and references.

Zest Education are an REC audited agency and are dedicated to safeguarding children. All candidates must hold an enhanced DBS (or allow us to process one for you) and be registered to the DBS Update Service, be able to provide references to cover the last two years and successfully pass all other necessary safeguarding checks prior to clearance for work.
Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
