Position: Full-Time Year 4 Teacher

Role Overview: Zest Education are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Year 4 Teacher to join the team starting in September 2024. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to student development and a creative approach to teaching. You will be responsible for delivering a broad and balanced curriculum that meets the needs of all pupils in your class.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and effective lessons tailored to Year 4 students.
  • Assess and track student progress, providing feedback and support to ensure every child achieves their full potential.
  • Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment where all students feel valued and motivated to learn.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and the wider school community to support student development and school initiatives.
  • Participate in staff meetings, training, and professional development opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student performance and attendance.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
  • Experience teaching in a primary school setting, preferably with Year 4.
  • Strong knowledge of the Key Stage 2 curriculum.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to inspire and motivate students.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and a willingness to contribute to the wider school community.

Pay will start from £150 per day based on experience and references.

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
