As a General Supply Staff member, you will have the opportunity to engage in day-to-day cover, as well as short-term and long-term placements. These positions are ready to commence as soon as possible, offering you the flexibility to manage your schedule effectively.
- Delivering high-quality lessons to Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 students.
- Demonstrating a strong passion for multiple subjects.
- Collaborating with a team-oriented mindset to contribute to a positive working environment.
- Utilising proficient classroom management skills, including effective behavior management techniques.
Qualifications and Attributes: Successful candidates must possess the following qualifications and attributes:
- PGCE or an equivalent UK teaching qualification leading to QTS or QTLS.
- A genuine passion for education and a deep understanding of KS3 and KS4 curriculum.
- Strong planning, assessment, and delivery skills (applicable to short-term and long-term placements).
- Excellent time management skills.
- Proficiency in information and communication technology.
- Flexibility in scheduling to accommodate your commitments.
