We are currently seeking dedicated and enthusiastic teachers across various subjects to join our partner schools on a long-term basis. For the right candidates, these positions have the potential to become permanent.

The Role

As a teacher, you will play a vital role in inspiring and supporting students to achieve their full potential. You will plan and deliver engaging lessons that challenge and motivate learners of all abilities, ensuring strong progress across the curriculum.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Planning, preparing, and delivering high-quality lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4 (and potentially Key Stage 5, depending on experience).
  • Creating a supportive and stimulating learning environment that encourages curiosity, confidence, and achievement.
  • Assessing, recording, and reporting on student progress in line with school policies.
  • Managing classroom behaviour effectively to maintain a focused learning atmosphere.
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues and support staff to enhance student outcomes.
  • Inspiring students to enjoy learning and fostering a lifelong love of education.

About You

We are looking for teachers who are:

  • Passionate about their subject and dedicated to helping students succeed.
  • Qualified with QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or ECT status.
  • Experienced in teaching at secondary level.
  • Committed to maintaining high standards of teaching, learning, and classroom management.
  • Able to engage, motivate, and inspire students of varying abilities.
  • Team players with excellent communication and organisational skills.

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
