Are you looking for a new challenge? Zest have a great opportunity for you. We are looking for a Geography teacher to join our ‘Good’ Ofsted rated school in Solihull, this will be for two terms from September 2023, part time (0.8).
The school is located within a diverse community, the staff work hard to make a positive impact on all theirs students’ lives and aspirations by creating a kind, inclusive and dynamic environment. The successful candidate will also be joining a supportive SLT, which provide the CPD to ensure that all staff can provide a quality education that is accessible to all pupils.
The ideal candidate will need:
- A PGCE or equivalent UK teaching qualification that has awarded them QTS or QTLS
- A strong passion for the subject of Geography and excellent subject knowledge across KS3 and KS4
- A team ethos and want to be part of a strong team environment
- The ability to plan, mark and deliver high quality lessons
- Strong classroom and behaviour management
Rates of pay will vary dependant on experience.
Both newly qualified teachers (NQT) / Early careers teachers (ECT) and experienced teachers will be equally considered for this role.
