Job Description

Are you a recent university graduate seeking valuable classroom-based experience? Zest Education is actively seeking enthusiastic and driven graduates to take on roles as cover supervisors in schools within the South Birmingham area starting from April 2024. The Role: Graduate Cover Supervisor

As a Graduate Cover Supervisor, you will collaborate with our secondary schools to deliver pre-planned lessons to groups of students aged 11-18. All assignments will be pre-planned by the class teacher or another faculty member within the school. To excel in this role, we seek graduates who have completed their course within the last 2 years OR individuals with a minimum of 20 days or more of experience working with children and/or young people. This opportunity serves as an excellent entry point for those aspiring to pursue a career in teaching.

Relevant experience can take various forms, including:

  • Scout group leading
  • Football coaching
