Are you a recent graduate looking to kickstart your career in education? Zest Education is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Graduate Learning Support Assistants in secondary schools across South, West, and Central London.
**Role Overview:**
– Immediate start with ongoing opportunities
– Support students in the absence of the teacher
– Ensure students are on task and completing their work
– Monday to Friday, 8.30am – 3.30pm
**Responsibilities:**
– Assist students with their learning activities
– Provide support to individual students or small groups
– Maintain a positive and engaging learning environment
– Help students stay focused and on track with their work
**Requirements:**
– A degree in any discipline
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work well in a team
– Genuine passion for supporting young people’s education and development

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
