Are you passionate about educating the next generation in Health and Social Care? Zest Education are seeking a dedicated Teacher of Health and Social Care to inspire students in a school in the Small Heath area, starting in January 2025 (or earlier if possible). The school is a vibrant environment, committed to helping students develop and grow under expert guidance in a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
– Develop and execute innovative lesson plans that engage students and promote active learning.
– Provide constructive feedback on student performance to enhance their academic progress.
– Cultivate a welcoming and inclusive classroom atmosphere that encourages student involvement and achievement.
– Collaborate with fellow educators to design effective teaching methodologies and enhance the overall learning experience.
– Stay informed about the latest educational trends and advancements in the field of Health and Social Care to deliver high-quality instruction.

Zest Education are an REC audited agency and are dedicated to safeguarding children. All candidates must hold an enhanced DBS (or allow us to process one for you) and be registered to the DBS Update Service, be able to provide references to cover the last two years and successfully pass all other necessary safeguarding checks prior to clearance for work.
Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
